We destemmed and started our primary this past Saturday. Merlot and Cab.
However, we did not add Campden tablets or Potassium metabisulfite to the must first before adding the yeast. Does this create are real problem or just a possible problem if any unwanted yeast were present. Do most of you include step? Thanks |
