Campden tablets / potassium metabisulfite to must prior ?????

We destemmed and started our primary this past Saturday. Merlot and Cab.
However, we did not add Campden tablets or Potassium metabisulfite to the
must first before adding the yeast. Does this create are real problem or
just a possible problem if any unwanted yeast were present.

Do most of you include step?

Thanks

I would not worry about it at all. In fact, if you have any plans of doing
a MLF you are better off to NOT have added it.
