Does it matter?
 
Well i am making balloon wine and i was wondering if it would be
better if i used boiling water or luke warm water when making the
wine. Are there any pro's and cons?

The only time I boil water is if the recipe calls for hot water extraction
from the fruit. If I am just adding water to a recipe I just us plain water
at room temperature.
