Any one got a great recipe for Peach wine?
I have the books but wanted to know what everyone is using.

Default Peach trees are loaded

If you have one of Berry's books, consider the peach perfection recipe. It
is a bit unusual and comes out very nice. Otherwise check Jack's site. He
will probably have several recipes and he is good about adding comments
which help.
