Default Welchs Concord Grape Juice Concentrate

I have been given some of this, 12 cans to be exact. Can a decent wine be
made from this? I see Jack K has a concentrate recipe for Welchs, but not
sure this is the same type. Could I use that recipe?

If so any advice on how much concentrate to use per gallon and should I add
any other items to give it more body and flavor?

Any advice would be appreciated.

Dan

PS: anyone know of any wine making clubs in the Everett, Seattle Washington
area?
