Default air lock newbie question

I have a DJ of wine with an airlock that has been undergoing MLF for 6
weeks. I no longer see any bubbles rising but the air lock trap is still
1/2" raised. I would think this means the air pressure inside the DJ is
higher than the air pressure outside. But does this mean fermentation or
MLF is still in progress?

thanks

Joe
