Blending
"glad heart wrote "Has anyone experimented with blending a white with a red wine to create a blush/rose effect? Or is that a sacrilegious thought?" Makes a great wine. One of my winemaking friends here in the Kansas City area make a wine using mostly white grapes with a small percentage of reg grapes. The wines have a pretty deep color but still smell and taste like the base white grape. Very pleasant combination. Bill Frazier Olathe, Kansas |
