I have tried to register at winepress.us but when
I fill out all the information and submit nothing
happens. I have tried on two different
computers. Does anyone have an email contact for
them? I am interested in joining for viticulture
information. For wine making, this group does
fine.

Paul,

I never heard of this organization before but I went over there after
reading your post. I had no problem registering and logging on. You
must be missing some little thing like checking the acceptance box or
putting in an incorrect email address.

Good luck.

It is also possible that the browser you use could make a difference.
Some websites only work correctly with Internet Explorer. I've had
problems with some features on some websites when I use my non-IE browser.

Paul - if you are still having a problem getting onto winepress.us,
contact Joel Sommer, the guy that runs it. You can reach him at joel
(at) winepress.us
Most people have no problem - I think there are over 10,000 members
registered so far. Anyway, Joel is a good guy - I'm sure he can
arrange to get you set up so you can use the site.

Thanks Doug,
I think I found my problem. At one time -
probably after several glasses of wine - I
visited the site and registered but I forgot my
user name I chose and password I used. These two
fields were highlighted in red when I tried to
register again even after I tried to guess at
what I had used. I think I will just register as
a different user name and password - or contact
Joel. Thanks again for the info.

Paul
