Default What is in a Bolero bucket?

I picked up a stray bucket of Bolero yesterday (White Merlot). The
owner didn't know what to do with it, and offered a price I couldn't
resist. What I *don't* know is what is actually in the bucket--is this
a bucket of juice, or is the liquid bagged with packets of yeast and
what-not inside as well? (It refers to what is "included," but I don't
know if this is separate or inside). I'd open it, but if it's just
juice . . .
