Default sanitizing equipment

got my Winemaking kit this weekend, and after looking it over I am
kind of puzzled as how to sanitize some of this stuff.

things like stir paddles, long brushes, and other large parts will not
fit in my sink. just soak a rag in sanitizer and wipe? not the best
for the brush, but i guess i can soak the bristle part and wipe the
other.
