They pack some wine juices in 5 gallon buckets for UPS shipment. They process a lot of Hybrids. They have half a million gallons of capacity but they do sell out; they may have pretty slim pickings by now. They are in Forestville NY, part of the Erie Chautauqua AVA. The Traminette last year was outstanding. I love the place, it's a family business. Joe |

I think that once people start becoming more familiar with it, it will really be in demand. It did not require ANY adjustment. I just crushed, pressed, fermented and Voila. |
