Default b&j wine coolers lifetime

I don't know if they are considered wine or not, but someone left a
bunch of these things at my place a year ago. Those fruit flavored
sparkling wine cooler drinks that is. They are somewhat revolting to
me but I guess people like them.

I don't know whether to discard them or give them to my neighbor. Would
they still be good or even safe to drink?

Ralph
