Actually, the canceling of most posts to the Usenet is fruitless. Some
servers, yours perhaps, might remove them, but most will not honor the cancel.
Your apology is enough, for me, at least.

What you might want to consider is posting TN's of some of your wines here. In
a short signature line (or two), you can state your URL and a very, very brief
description of what you do. Also, please point out in the articles, that you
are in the "trade." We welcome your contributions to the NG, though through
articles on wines, rather than direct marketing.

IIRC, there are several subscribers to the NG in Hong Kong, though not as many
as in the US, UK, NZ, OZ, and the whole of Europe.

You have already seen that these cannot be deleted easily.
Like I said, newsgroups are not vehicles for marketing and repeated efforts
will meet action. This time you have issued a public apology which usually
satisfies even the most belligerous of us. It is probably the holiday
spirit that has prevented a number of replies to your post... :-)
However - as another poster wrote, our primary interest is indeed wine, and
personal tasting notes or drawing attention to good wines from less well
known producers are always welcome.
The allowed advertising consists of a signature line with your
URL/mailaddress and a few words about that.
Btw, you should be aware that about half of the people here are in Europe
and so hardly prospective customers for your business...
