OK, so my mind is drifting a little. Wine people know
that Burgundy can be white or red, but "Burgundy" is also used to describe a color - a shade of bluish-red. We often find "Burgundy" clothing, carpet, paint, etc., and it's all red. Like I said, my mind is drifting a little, but are the folks in France disturbed because elsewhere in the world the color of "Burgundy" is a shade of red? As always, I'm just curious, Dick R. |
