This has been an interesting and challenging year for me.

The best thing about it was marrying my long time fiancée on August 29,
the worst, November 23 when I found myself in an Emergency Room with fluid
in my lungs.

I started what I thought was a new career selling apple products for an old
friend but my cardio-vascular system didn't cooperate and I'm forced to be
really retired.

The world around me has also been full of challenges, war in Iraq, terrorist
alerts, hurricanes have left me with anxiety that my own eco-system finds
hard to deal with.

So I pray for peace and serenity with more fervor. May we all act only in
integrity with our loved ones, neighbors and friends. May we seek a higher
consciousness for ourselves and our leaders. May our soldiers be safe and
our communities safer. May all the loud shrill noises we hear become
tranquil. May we have the courage and persistence to declare peace. And so
it is!!!
