(Also, GR often pushes for local ingredients when he is trying to fix broken restaurants, so I would attempt to bounce that back to him.) I am from Los Gatos (San Jose), California, but, after bouncing around the world a bit, landed in London, UK. |

I think his general area should be the Cotswold's in that case.
