I have a commercial wine cooler that is needing some updating to the
shelves. Does anyone know of a resourse that does racks that would go in
the cooler. the cooler is able to handle two bottles deep.

I don't know where you live. If in the US, some of the online wine
equipment houses have a custom design wine cellar service, and can
design racks to fit into unusual spaces. Perhaps one of these services
could help you. Wine Enthusiast with a site at www.wineenthusiast.com
offers such a service, and you can phone them at 1-800-337-3330. If
they can not help you, perhaps they can suggest someone who can. I have
never used this service, so you will have to investigate it on your
own. There likely are other companies tha will do custom design, and a
Google search likely will turn up some more.
