Default vegan spreads, choice of

in our local health food shop they have two types of vegan margarine spread
one is soya spread and the other sunflower spread.

would anyone kindly be able to tell a novice briefly the relative merits of
the two different types please. many thanks.

Is this the Pure brand? If you shop around, there are actually
4 types (olive + organic being the others). Iirc:

Sunflower: cheap, tasteless
Soya: health benefits against osteoperosis, perhaps?
Olive: health benefits against heart disease, etc
Organic: Insert-preferred-organic-argument-here
