Very exciting way to eat tofu. Easy to do and sounds delicious too. Will have to try this out. :) |
I just made this the other day, and oh so good...
1 package of firm silken tofu (i used mori nu) 1 cup of vegan chocolate chips 1/4 cup maple syrup 1/4 cup rum 1 tsp. vanilla *Puree the tofu, rum, maple syrup and vanilla until very smooth and creamy *Melt the chocolate chips and combine with the tofu mixture. Make sure to mix well. *Pour into crust and chill. You can use a graham cracker crust, or make one out of crushed walnuts with a little flour and sugar (press into pie pan and bake, then cool before filling.) |
