Incidentally foods fortified are B12 is not a good source of B12 as ot
gets destroyed in the stomach. That's why B12 should be taken
sublingually or in a shot.

request to other companies (like Pfizer for Bextra) was so they would
relabel their products along the lines of what your orthopedist suggests.
