The list of ingredients on the V8 juice label includes "flavor". What
is this flavor? I searched Google but no answer. What do I gotta do
to find out what this flavor is by name?

I gotta suspicion it's MSG.

could be an extract of beef.

I don't think that MSG is a flavor according to the FDA, it is a flavor
enhancer.

Does it say artifical flavor or natural flavor?

Call the company....I've done that for some products in Australia..and
