This may be a dumb question, but I can't seem to find a pasta recipe
that doesn't include eggs. I'm guessing flour and some olive oil would
be ok, but if anyone has a better recipe/idea, I would love to hear it.

Funny how so many vegan meals don't think about all the eggs in pasta.
oh well. I'll report back on how it works.

It worked out ok. I think I used a little too much oil, but it was
pretty good. I'll have to keep experimenting.
