Mock duck recipe wanted
Hi everyone,
After a recent jaunt to chinatown I find myself with a can of vegan mock duck, which is basically a tofu thing, I think. Can anyone recommend a good recipe that I can use it in? They were mainly made by layering tofu "skin" (which can be purchased in the same shops). No cheaper or more convenient to make it than buy it though. So, in actual fact, I never got around to making any. Nice read though. Many of the "mock X" tins that I see are a gluten product, not tofu. Cheers, Ross-c |
