Default Oatmeal and Olive oil

Can you put an ounce of Olive oil into your oatmeal in the morning after you
take your prune juice and your teaspoon of fiber? I'm asking because I a
have constipation and I don't want to throw up after taking a bit.

Of course, you "can" but you "may" not do that. It will taste bad.
Better to rub it into your hair and absorb it subcutaneously.
