Hi,
I have sleep apnea which, among other things, makes it very difficult for me to stay awake when I need to. I rely on soft drinks with a high caffeine level to help me stay awake at work. Since one of causes of the apnea is being overweight, the soft drinks do as much to cause the problem as help with it. What I'm looking for is recommendations for a tea with a high caffeine level that would not require adding sugar. Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks. Gary J Sibio http://home.earthlink.net/~garysibio/ I need a trypaning like I need a hole in my head. |
