I just called my local tea shoppe. You're sure that was matcha added
to your genmaicha. I thought it tasted a little strong and made my
head spin. The next thing I knew I was in a sushii bar. I was
assured it was otherwise I wouldn't be calling back. I would have
left it the way it was so when it appears in someone's book or website
they can't claim it was public domain. A little originality always
goes well with Nilgiri green. Wait isn't it suppose to be black.
