It's not so very low when you have over 500 transactions, but I agree that
nearly $25 doesn't strike me as what parcel post would cost, not everywhere
in the lower 48. (According to <http://www.usps.com/rates/parcel-post-
rates.htm> it goes by distance & weight.)

But he's really stretching it in the description, for example when he says
the item is "BRAND NEW. Never used." Can you imagine anyone paying for used
popcorn? :-))

Sheng popcorn improves with age, unlike shu popcorn. But since the
original poster didn't say which kind it was, I suppose I wouldn't
recommend this.

Hmm, improves with age -- is Sheng popcorn an Old World variety of Anasazi
Popcorn (multicolored and best eaten with stone dentures)?
