Oh toro
I finally had what was termed oh toro at Okada, the Japanese
restaurant at the Wynn Hotel in Las Vegas. It was, in a word--magnificient! Sysyphus' Sister |

The belly section above the O-toro is he Chu-toro (???) meaning medium, center, toro. Unfortunately when written in English both the short O and long Oo are often just written as "O". Musashi |
