Bread Machine question - Advice
I was just looking at the zojirushi bread machine and it's custom
settings. I attempted to insert the documentation page but the formatting did not take correctly. This machine has 3 customizable settings and it appears that a simple sourdough bread can be made from start to finish with this machine. Yes, I know it is not the 'best' way to make sourdough breads, but it appears that it certainly would work. I know the 3rd rise uses a temp of 100 degrees, so this could not be used or the yeast would be killed. (or would it?) Anyway, opinions please. I have many friends with this machine and they bake regular whole wheat breads with yeast, but I am attempting to convert them over to sourdough so they can begin to enjoy it like I do. This is the link to the pdf file on the vendors site. Page 27 is the custom setting info. http://zojirushi.com/servicesupport/...f/bbcc_x20.pdf Thanks, John |
