Interstate Bakeries, the countries largest Baker, has filed for
bankrupcy today. They make Wonder Bread and Twinkies among other
things. I wish them well. What would we do without the icons
and metaphors for bad bread and junk food respectivly. It might
limit the sourdough conversations.
