Default Eddy Rockets? vs Johnny rockets?

Hi,

Well, I do not know where else to post this message but, I am kind of
curious about this Eddy Rockets restaurant, I used to live in Mexico,
and ate at the Johnny Rockets restaurant which I think it is good (I
love its Malts.

For some reasons I have to move to UK (Liverpool) and I saw this "Eddy
Rockets" restaurant which claims to be an Irish chain, now, I can see it
is an almost exact copy of the Johnny Rockets, all the "mood" and
furniture is similar (if you have been to JR you know what I mean) and
they even have these small jukeboxes on the tables.

Now my question is, what is this Eddy Rockets? is it legal to do that?
(i mean, copy all the concept etc etc) and /or is it in some way
affiliated with the JR?, I looked for any info about ER in the internet
but I could not find anything (go ahead make a Google search with "Eddy
Rockets" you will only get some forums posts).

well, I hope someone could tell me something about this restaurant... I
would love to have an actual JR (the ER malts really Skuc compared to
the JR ones), well, also all the food in the ER is made the "British"
way, so... I guess I can not ask too much...

cheers.
