Default Tom and Jerry Mix

Tom and Jerry Mix

Mary Flath

6 eggs

2 cups sugar

½ tsp. ground cloves

½ tsp. cinnamon

½ tsp. nutmeg

Separate eggs, beat whites until stiff, add sugar. Beat yolks until foamy.
Fold together and add spices.

To serve:

Fill mug partially with hot water.

1 1-2 tablespoons of mix per mug

1 oz. liquor - brandy or rum, or mixture of both, your choice.

You can sprinkle nutmeg on top, not really needed as spices are already in
batter. It will just dress it up a little bit more.

I like this with no alcohol added just the hot water, makes a warm and tasty
drink
