Default Oreo Truffes

1 (8 oz) pkg light cream cheese (softened)
1 pkg fat free Oreo cookies, crushed in
food processor
1 (16oz) pkg white choolate (almond bark)
1 tablespoon Crisco shortening

Allow cream cheese to soften. Add crushed cookies until well blended.
Shape into 3/4 inch balls and refrigerate until well chilled. Melt
chocolate in glass bowl in microwave, adding 1 tablespoon shortening.
Dip each truffle in chocolate and place on wax paper til firm. yield
60-70 truffles.
