ORANGE MARMALADE



1 orange

1 lemon

1 grapefruit



Peel fruit, take off all the pith you can, then put fruit through food

chopper with 1/2 of the rinds! Measure..and to each measure of pulp

add 2-1/2 cups water. Cook until fruit is tender. Measure and add 1

cup sugar for each cup of pulp. Cook until syrup will hold fruit up.

Seal in jars. Delicious!
