Default Grilled Asparagus with Bacon & Eggs

Grilled Asparagus with Bacon & Eggs

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

2 lbs. fresh asparagus, cut into 5" to 6" lengths, (preferably the
thicker stem ones)
Olive Oil
salt and pepper (optional)
1 hard cooked egg, chopped
1 teaspoon lemon juice
Grated Parmesan cheese
Preheat barbecue grill or your George Foreman indoor grill. Oil hot
grill to prevent sticking. Brush asparagus with olive oil and season
with salt and pepper to taste. Place asparagus spears onto hot grill
and cook about 5 minutes or until tender crisp. Note: skin will
shrivel a bit and char lightly. Remove from grill onto serving
platter.
Sprinkle chopped egg and chopped bacon over the top. Drizzle with
olive oil and lemon juice. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and
serve immediately.
