Prepare and enjoy a delicious serving of the soul-soothing vegetable fried rice.
1 1/2 cups of cooked long grain rice 1/2 cup of finely chopped onions 1/2 cup of finely diced carrots 1 small cauliflower (break into florets) 1/3 cup of finely chopped sweet peppers 2 tbsp. of vegetable oil 1/4 cup of soy sauce 2 large eggs 1. Heat oil and fry onions, pepper, carrots, cauliflower and cook till tender. 2. Add rice and mix thoroughly. 3. Fry eggs separately and cut into small pieces and add to mixture; mix thoroughly. 4. Add soy sauce gradually and mix thoroughly.

Really superb idea to add Red chilli sauce to fried rice..Next time sure will try with red chilli.Thanks.
