Default Caribbean Fish Chowder

Enjoy a tasty Caribbean bowl of the tantalizing fish chowder.

3 lbs. of fresh fish of your preference
1/4 lb. of salted pieced beef
1 1/2 lbs. of peeled and sliced potatoes
1 tbsp. of butter
3 cups of evaporated milk
1 tsp. of salt
1/2 tsp. of black pepper
1 tsp. of minced garlic
1 cup of chopped onions
2 tbsp. of green seasoning (see "Tips" for recipe)

1. Saute combination of beef, garlic and onions for 2-3 minutes.

2. Clean, bone and cut fish into small pieces; season with salt, black pepper and green seasoning.

3. Combine saute and potatoes; cover with boiling water and cook for 15 minutes.

4. Add fish and cook for 2 minutes until partly done.

5. Stir milk into mixture, bring to boil, lower heat and simmer until fish is well cooked (2-3 minutes).

I don't get it. It's a fish recipe but there's no fish?
