Default Anyone have some good authentic Southern Cooking Recipes?

Hi,

I need help with finding southern cooking recipes please. I know there are plenty of websites that have them but some seem a bit odd to be from the south. Does anyone have some real, authentic recipes that you know for sure are from the south?

Regards

Ingredients

* 1 (12 ounce) package angel hair pasta
* 1 (10 ounce) can diced tomatoes with green chile peppers
* 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
* 3/4 (8 ounce) package processed cheese, cubed
* 2 cups chopped cooked chicken breast
* 1/2 (4 ounce) jar sliced mushrooms, drained
* salt and pepper to taste

Directions

1. Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain and return to pot.
2. To the pasta add the diced tomatoes with green chile peppers, cream of chicken soup, processed cheese, chopped chicken, mushrooms, salt and pepper. Cook and stir over low heat until cheese is melted and mixture is heated through.
