Default Health diet for weaning babies

If you have a weaning baby, try to keep nutrition balance on his or her diet for sake of health. Take all kinds of food into account and make them in proper proportion. Babies should take much seafood, like fish, which is good for baby intelligence and bone development. Take some staple food, such as oats and corns, especially on breakfast. Corns and potatos are good match, rich in kinds of nutritions. Corns are seen as golden plants while potatos can enhance babies’ immunity. Prepare some fruit for your baby each day and it will keep the doctor away. You can cut apples or other into pieces just like making salads and it make babies easy for eating.
