Default Peach Crisp

oh this is so good. definitely going to have to make it again. i found it at this website: The Recipe Box — Summer Peach Crisp

Ingredients:

* 4 large, ripe peaches, chopped (with skin on)
* 1 tsp cinnamon
* 1 Tbsp cornstarch
* 1/2 cup old-fashioned oats, raw
* 1 stick salted butter, cold
* 1/2 cup sugar
* 1/2 cup flour

Directions:

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In a small bowl, combine peaches, cinnamon, and cornstarch. Stir until peaches are completely coated. Set aside. In a separate bowl, combine the rest of the dry ingredients. With a pastry cutter (or two knives), cut in butter until well incorporated. Grease a bread loaf pan and pour in peach mixture. Cover peaches with oat mixture. Bake for 30-40 minutes at 375 degrees, until golden brown.
