Seafood Kra-Prow
By Rom Thai Restaurant, Norfolk INGREDIENTS: Seafood combination: (shrimp, scallop, calamari, mussels, crab claw) 2 t. Thai chili peppers 1 c. red and green bell peppers 1/3 c. carrots 1/3 c. white onion 2 t. Thai fish sauce sweet basil leaves vegetable cooking oil chopped garlic METHOD: Saute oil, garlic, Thai chili peppers over medium heat for 30 seconds. (don't let them overcook) Turn up to high heat and add all seafood. Once the meat is cooked, add bell peppers, carrots and onion. Add fish sauce for the taste of Thai food. Mix well. Turn off the heat and immediately add basil. Stir all over. Garnish the spicy seafood dish with a piece of orange and kale flower and serve. |
