Default Things for fuzzy eater

Chop your vegetables into big chunks, I have Aubergine, red onion,
carrots, parsnips, yellow pepper, courgette and asparagus. Heat a
little olive oil in a casserole dish and add the veg. Sprinkle a
little more olive oil and a drizzle of honey and roast in the oven
(gas 5) for 30-40 minutes, goes well with baked fish.
