California Baked Potatoes

>From Recipe du Jour Light Good Neighbor Thursdays

3 cold baked potatoes, cut into spears
1/2 cup fat free Catalina dressing
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon parsley flakes

Heat oven to 375:. Toss potato spears with dressing. Sprinkle
each spear with the garlic and parsley. Place on parchment paper
lined cookie sheet. Bake 20 minutes or until very crispy. Makes 6
servings.
