Hot Swiss Cheese Dip

1 lb Swiss cheese, shredded
1, 8 oz cream cheese softened
2 cups good quality mayonnaise or salad dressing
1 large sweet white onion diced
salt and pepper as desired

I tried this at a party, loved it and asked for the recipe. If you use salad dressing
it will have a sweeter flavor. Very simple yet delicious. Beat cream cheese smooth
and blend in the remainders. Place in a casserole dish and bake 350F about 20
minutes or until and everything melted. Reheats well in Microwave. Serve with chips,
crackers etc.
