Apricot Walnut Pork Chops
Servings: 4 1/4 cup Planters Walnuts, chopped 1/4 cup apricot preserves 1/4 cup chopped onion 1/4 cup chopped dried apricots 4 bone-pork chops, 1/2 - 3/4 inch thick, about 1 1/2 pounds Mix walnuts, preserves, onion and apricots in small Broil pork chops for 8-10 minutes; turn Broil 5-7 minutes more or until almost done Divide walnut mixture evenly over chops Broil 3 minutes or until nuts are lightly toasted and chops are done Serve immediately -- Rec.food.recipes is moderated by Patricia Hill at .
