Pasta Jambalaya

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method
-------- ------------ --------------------------------
2 cup Chicken -- diced
1/2 lb Tasso or smoked sausage -- chop
1/4 cup Green pepper -- chopped
1/4 cup Red onion -- chopped
1 tb Minced garlic
x Creole seasoning
1/4 Stick butter (1/2 cup)
x Grated provolone
x Grated gouda
1 lb Three-colored pasta -- cooked

Saute meats in oil. Add pepper, onion, garlic, seasoning and butter.
Heat. Toss with pasta and serve with grated cheeses.
