Tuscan Tuna and Bean Salad

3 1/2 cup cooked small white beans
2 chopped tomatoes
6 1/8 oz canned tuna well drained
3 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
3 Tbsp wine vinegar
2 Tbsp olive oil
3 Tbsp fresh basil chopped or parsley
1 clove garlic crushed
2 scallions chopped
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper

In a medium bowl, combine cooked small white beans, chopped tomatoes, well-drained
solid white tuna, fresh lemon juice and wine vinegar, olive oil, chopped fresh
basil or parsley, garlic clove, crushed through a press, chopped scallions, and
salt and freshly ground pepper.
Toss gently to mix.
Serve at room temperature or slightly chilled.
