1/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup olive oil
1/3 cup finely chopped fresh basil or parsley
2 tsp. grated lemon peel
2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ground black pepper

Salad:
1 cup pecan halves
6 cups cubed cooked chicken
4 large celery ribs, sliced
1 cup seedless red grapes

In a large bowl, whisk together all of the dressing ingredients until
smooth. Preheat the oven to 350 F. Spread the pecans on a baking sheet;
toast in the oven for 10 minutes, until fragrant. Let cool. Add to the
dressing bowl: chicken, pecans, celery and grapes and toss well. Let sit
for at least 5 minutes to allow the flavors to develop.
