Default Turkey Sloppy Joes

Turkey Sloppy Joes

submitted by butterflydog

1 lb tube ground turkey
1 large onion chopped
1 tsp chopped garlic from jar
salt and pepper and spices to taste
1 can tomato soup undiluted
OR 1 sm can of tomato paste diluted with water to make a sauce
Rolls or cooked rice , noodles or macaroni

Back from a RV trip around the perimeter of Florida in our camper van
Road Trek with mini kitchen ( stove, micro, refrigerator, sink ) Great
adventures and simple tasty cooking in the RV too. Saute onion in some
oil in pan. Break up turkey meat and saute in pan with onions till no
longer pink. Stir in garlic, tomato soup ( or paste or sauce ) and
season to taste. Serve over rolls, cooked rice, noodles or macaroni.
Serves 4.
Note: this can be bland, kids like it but spice it up for the adults.
