Default Cheesy Mashed Potatoes

2 pounds potatoes, peeled and quartered.
1 1/2 cups Cheddar Cheese
1/2 cup 2% milk
1/2 cup Parkay Original Spread - Tub.
1/4 cup chopped green onion

Heat potatoes in water to boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer
for 20 to 25 minutes or until tender. Drain.
Beat potatoes, cheese, milk, and Parkay in a large bowl with
mixer at medium speed until smooth. Stir in green onion.
